1. Campaign Overview

This promotion ("50% First Deposit Bonus") is organized by TheNetWallet. New users who register and make their first deposit into their TheNetWallet account will receive a 50% bonus, credited as wallet credit to their TheNetWallet account, up to a maximum of ₹2,000.

2. Eligibility

• Registered TheNetWallet user making their first-ever deposit on the platform.
• This promotion is valid exclusively for users making their first deposit via TheNetWallet on Betmaan or Indi365 platforms only. Deposits made to any other merchant platform do not qualify.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must reside in a jurisdiction where participation in this promotion is legally permitted.
• Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of TheNetWallet or any merchant partner.
• Accounts flagged for suspicious activity or promotion abuse will be immediately disqualified.

3. How to Participate

• Log in to your verified TheNetWallet account (KYC completed, active status).
• Deposit any amount into your TheNetWallet wallet for the first time, during the campaign period (July 3 – July 31, 2026 IST).
• Your 50% bonus is credited automatically to your TheNetWallet account upon successful processing of the first deposit — no code or manual claim required.

4. Bonus Terms

4.1 Bonus Amount

• 50% bonus on the qualifying first deposit amount.
• Example: Transfer ₹4,000 from your TheNetWallet to Betmaan or Indi365 for the first time → receive ₹2,000 credited to your TheNetWallet wallet.
• Maximum bonus per user: ₹2,000, regardless of deposit size.

4.2 Bonus Frequency

• Maximum one (1) bonus per user — applies only to the first-ever transfer from TheNetWallet to Betmaan or Indi365, not subsequent transfers.
• Limited to one account per user, family member, household, shared device, shared IP address, email address, bank account, or payment account.

4.3 Bonus Delivery

• All bonuses credited exclusively as wallet credit to the Participant's TheNetWallet account.
• The bonus is credited automatically to the user's TheNetWallet wallet upon the first successful transfer of funds from TheNetWallet to Betmaan or Indi365. Topping up the TheNetWallet wallet alone does not trigger the bonus — no manual claim or code required.
• Bonus crediting may be delayed pending KYC verification.

5. Claim Verification

• All bonus credits subject to automated and, where required, manual review by TheNetWallet's promotions team.
• Additional documentation may be requested to verify claim authenticity.
• TheNetWallet reserves the right to request photo ID or phone verification at any time.
• If a user is found to be exploiting the promotion through a strategy deemed unfair by TheNetWallet, the bonus will be voided and the user prohibited from participating in future promotions.
• TheNetWallet's decision on all claim verifications is final and binding.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Multi-accounting — creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses.
• Using a shared device, IP address, household, or payment method to claim more than one bonus.
• Submitting falsified or manipulated KYC documentation.
• Any strategy intended to artificially trigger bonus eligibility without genuine first-time use of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

• TheNetWallet is a payment wallet platform and does not operate or endorse any merchant betting platform.
• Not responsible for technical issues, outages, or processing delays affecting deposit crediting.
• TheNetWallet's total liability is strictly limited to the bonus credit as defined in Section 4.
